We are seeking a Medical Simulation Case Writer to create realistic and educational medical scenarios for an exciting new product. The ideal candidate will research and develop accurate medical situations, design instructional content, integrate multimedia elements, and ensure scenarios are updated with the latest medical practices through collaboration with our subject matter experts and educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop medical cases, including patient history, diagnostic workup, and treatment plans on our new platform.
  • Quality assurance and testing of simulation cases.
  • Develop medical curriculum in accordance with content guidelines and product objectives.
  • Plan and manage curriculum development timelines and update the team on progress and milestones.

What we're Looking For:

  • MD/DO required, completion of residency preferred. - Emed, Fam Med, or IM preferred
  • Experience in writing simulation cases preferred.
  • Experience prompt engineering - a big plus, but not required.
  • Experience working with GPT preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced small team environment
  • Creative and proactive in leading projects and ideating on ways to improve the student experience.

Salary Range: 

$75.00 - $100.00 per hour
